Excellent company overall - truly care about their employees Horizon Industries does an amazing job taking care of their clients and employees. The success of the project and the individual employee are both top priorities.

Horizon provides continuous opportunities for learning and growth with Professional Development session. The PD sessions are not just skill based for the job, but account for and address the wellbeing of employee’s mental health. They want their employees to contribute their best to the project and company but are considerate of outside factors, etc.

The senior leadership are relatable and it is easy to communicate concerns and are quick to provide solution. I joined the company during the pandemic, but through the effort of the staff and my specific team, I have felt welcomed and apart of the company, which is rare to find during these times!
